Vanguard�s super heavy duty welding manipulators, the HCJ series, are designed and built for the most rugged welding jobs. They have boom loading capabilities up to 1320 lbs. and horizontal and vertical reaches from 5 meters by 5 meters up to 8 by 8 meters and larger. For larger applications, we can custom build any size manipulator to your specifications. These machines are particularly suited for use on powered rail systems in large manufacturing operations. Even at this large size, they provide for smooth operation and consistent weld quality.
