Heat- and Corrosion-Resistant Steel Tubing

The same attention to quality and workmanship that is a hallmark of Atlas' full array of heat- and corrosion-resistant steels goes into our tube products. By providing customers with cutting, blanking, slitting and tube-forming operations under one roof, Atlas is unique among steel service centers. We can readily meet the sheet, strip and tubing needs of a wide customer base.

A single-source producer, Atlas provides tubing from aluminized carbon, galvanized, cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel, as well as austentic (300 series) and ferritic (400 series) stainless and aluminized stainless. Thanks to our extensive inventory and processing capabilities, Atlas customers gain the ability to consolidate their supplier base, reduce lead times and paper work, and improve efficiency. Welded steel tubing products include:

• Austenitic (300 series) stainless - ASTM A249 for heat exchangers and condenser tubes; ASTM A554 mechanical tubing; and ASTM A269 for general service.

• Ferritic (400 series) stainless - ASTM A268 for general service and ASTM A554 mechanical tubing.

• Carbon and coated steel - ASTM A513 and ASTM A787 mechanical tubing
