Caruso only buys the finest raw produce from the industry's most respected grower shippers, then repack them into value added, consumer packs. All of these products are produced in our AIB inspected, food safety certified facility. We then deliver within a 500 mile radius of Cincinnati the very next day utilizing our own refrigerated trucking fleet.

All of our Healthy Fresh potato and yam products are pre-washed in 100% natural, chlorine free Fit Produce Wash. This process will give consumers the piece of mind and food safety assurance they demand and expect from their shopping experience.
