Trikler

In these times when all of use are looking at expensive wastewater treatment systems, the use of TRIKLER in your plant can save you thousands of dollars in capital equipment costs. The installation of TRIKLER on the inlet to your rinse tanks will give you a constant regulated flow of water regardless of the inlet between 30 and 125 PSI. Capital equipment costs for wastewater treatment systems are often as much as $2.00 per gallon per day (gpd). For instance, a 50,000 gpd system can cost $100,000. Installation of the TRIKLER only has to save you 1.5 gpd in order to pay for itself. On a 200 gallon rinse tank you can usually save this much per minute. Where else can you buy a piece of hardware that is paid for in one minute? We suggest that you buy one or more of our TRIKLER STARTER KITS to get going. The kit consists of all six sizes; 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 gpm. With these six sizes you can find out what the proper flow should be in each tank in order to assure good quality, then order as many as you need plus a few spares. If larger flows are required, you can run two or more in parallel. TRIKLER is made of ABS and VINYL plastics and is therefore compatible with strong acids or caustic solutions.

Trikl/Air

TRIKL/AIR is a Flow Restrictor that also acts as an aerator. Aeration of rinse tanks will usually increase the efficiency of rinsing, permitting you to use less water. LESS WATER = LESS WASTEWATER = MORE PROFIT! The bubbling action will create agitation and circulation in the rinse tank. TRIKL/AIR acts as a vacuum breaker in the water line and will prevent accidental siphoning of hazardous chemicals into the drinking water system. TRIKL/AIR should be mounted no more than 6″ above the liquid in the rinse tank to achieve maximum performance. A 1/2″ PVC pipe with 1/16″ diameter holes every 2″ can be used for the sparger across the bottom of the tank. Usually 6 to 12 holes are sufficient.
